Jennifer discovered the love of Pilates after she was diagnosed with postpartum diastasis recti in 2021. The diagnosis led to other physiological problems such as persistent unilateral lower back pain and a hunchback posture over the year. She realized that physiotherapy sessions are more effective when combined with Pilates.

 

Jennifer has earned her Comprehensive Certification from BASI in December 2024 and is still pursuing further education in Pilates.
